Bret Easton Ellis was just twenty-one when his Less Than Zero catapulted him to fame; he wrote a number of novels afterwards, four of which have become films, including the controversial American Psycho, The Rules of Attraction, and The Informers. Ellis has also been a screenwriter, director, producer, actor and the producer/host of his own podcast.
